What does shipping cost?
Choose your delivery country and your order value. The prices come straight from our checkout, and in the cart you pay exactly this amount.
On its way to you twice a day
Our shipping partners collect the parcels from our high-security warehouse twice a day. If your order includes items with a delivery time, shipping follows the item with the longest one. The delivery time is shown on every item.
Order more and pay shipping only once
If you order again within 30 minutes of your order, the checkout offers you a combined order: one delivery, one shipping charge. During our live broadcasts this works until the broadcast ends.
Your price is fixed
Your price is fixed once you place a binding order, even if delivery takes a little longer.

The journey of your order
Checked and sealed
In a video-monitored high-security area, two specialists check every order following the four-eyes principle, including its weight and, by X-ray, its authenticity. We then seal the goods in a safebag that can only be opened once and pack it in a neutral box.
Collect whenever it suits you
On request, DHL and UPS deliver to a parcel shop or a Packstation. Your parcel is kept safe there and is only handed out against ID, signature or via the DHL app.
In person to your door
With direct delivery and the valuables courier, we hand over only at your address, never to a neighbour. Prosegur arranges the appointment with you by phone beforehand.
Pay the way that suits you
You can always pay by bank transfer. Depending on the order, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods are available too. The checkout shows you which ones apply to your order.
With bank transfer, we ship as soon as your payment has reached us. The recipient is always Kettner Edelmetalle KG.
Please make your transfer within three working days of your order. Transfers from Germany and SEPA transfers from the EU are usually free of charge. If fees do arise, they are borne by the customer.

Good to know
How do you pack coins and bars?
Coins travel in coin tubes, capsules or blister packs. If a coin does not come encapsulated from the mint, we take care of that. Bars are sealed in foil or in a blister so nothing gets scratched. Many items also get an extra cardboard wrap.
Can anyone tell from the outside what is in the parcel?
No. Your parcel goes to the carrier with a neutral sender. Neither the labelling nor feeling or shaking it gives away what is inside.
What applies to orders over £10,000?
From a goods value of £10,000 per parcel, we reserve the right to deliver via a valuables logistics company. We split large orders into several insured parcels, and you still pay for shipping only once.
Do you also deliver to islands?
Yes, with DHL and UPS. We deliver to the Canary Islands with UPS. Our valuables couriers do not deliver to islands.
Can I collect my order in person?
No. We do not offer collection in person or over-the-counter sales. Your order always comes by insured shipping.
